7. No Refunds
All payments made to Bow Tie Kreative are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by Bow Tie Kreative.
This includes deposits, retainers, milestone payments, setup fees, design fees, development fees, consulting fees, and any other payments made for services.
Because our services involve custom creative work, planning, strategy, design, development, and time allocation, payments are not refundable once made.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bow Tie Kreative retains ownership of concepts, drafts, unused designs, source files, internal processes, templates, tools, and working files.
Once full payment has been received, the client may receive ownership or usage rights to the final approved deliverables, as outlined in the applicable project agreement.
Bow Tie Kreative reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, social media, case studies, and on our website unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, fonts, stock assets, payment processors, or other external services.
Bow Tie Kreative is not responsible for third-party service outages, pricing changes, errors, security breaches, policy changes, or performance issues.
Clients are responsible for any third-party fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content they provide, including text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, and other materials, is accurate, lawful, and properly licensed.
Bow Tie Kreative is not responsible for legal claims arising from client-provided content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bow Tie Kreative is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or website downtime.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services or website will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Bow Tie Kreative does not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, sales, traffic, conversions, revenue, or performance results.
We will provide services professionally, but results may vary based on many factors outside our control.
13. Termination
Bow Tie Kreative may refuse, pause, or terminate services if a client fails to pay, provides unlawful or inappropriate materials, breaches these Terms, or engages in abusive, unethical, or unreasonable conduct.
Any completed work, time spent, or scheduled resources remain non-refundable.
