At Bow Tie Kreative, we provide custom digital, creative, website, and agency services. Because our work involves planning, strategy, design, development, creative direction, consultation, and reserved project time, all payments are final.
No Refunds
All payments made to Bow Tie Kreative are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by Bow Tie Kreative.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Deposits
- Retainers
- Milestone payments
- Website design fees
- Website development fees
- Branding fees
- Consulting fees
- Setup fees
- Strategy fees
- Monthly service fees
- Any other payments made for services
Custom Work
Our services are customized for each client. Once payment is made, Bow Tie Kreative may begin planning, scheduling, consulting, designing, developing, or allocating resources for the project. For this reason, refunds are not provided.
Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project, pause a project, delay a project, or discontinue services, any payments already made remain non-refundable.
Additional fees may apply for work completed, outstanding invoices, third-party costs, or scope changes.
Third-Party Costs
Payments made to third-party providers, including hosting platforms, domain registrars, software providers, plugins, stock asset providers, advertising platforms, or other vendors, are subject to the third party's own refund policies.
Bow Tie Kreative is not responsible for refunding third-party fees.
